Haha I called them and APPARENTLY they were more helpful on phone than in emails.
YAY NOW I CAN HAVE MY DRESSES WOOOO :D

ZOMG stupid SWELL is pissing me off because this is the SECOND time they’ve cancelled my order without informing me. I had to check the bloody status myself! I’ve gotta call them THEIR TIME some more. What the hell right! Their customer service operates from 9am - 12am PST. Which is like 12am - 9am in Singapore. Totally opposite of our timezone!!! Now I gotta stay up late just to call them. Ridiculous, + their emails are damn freaking slow :( Why oh why does this have to happen to me. Give business to them still like that :(

Hello Rachelle,

Since you had two orders back to back, the system thought one of the orders was a fraud order and cancelled it.

After discussing this with my supervisor, we are unable to ship to a forward shipping address.

DAMN YOU!! I always always have to say 921737216421 times that 2136127385455548992139619 of my previous orders have been shipped to the same forwarding address so how come this one cannot!??!?!??! NOT FAIR LAH. Give you business then say cannot ship, waste time right. Complain complain complain! Singaporeans are best at complaining and rest assured I will not REST MY CASE UNTIL I WIN IT. Muahahahahah. Stupid SWELL.

In the meantime, I’m watching Hannah Montana :D
